At Marjorie P. Lee, we provide the options while you make the choices. That’s why we offer services and support as you age and your care needs change.
Our Residential Living apartments are ideal for residents who prefer to live life on their terms, just like they always have. The only difference between this community and your home will be the wide variety of programs and activities to participate in—if you so choose—and our professional, compassionate staff who can provide care-based services should you need them.
Should you or your loved one need assisted living services, we have good news. We now deliver our Enriched Living services to our Residential Living apartments.

At Marjorie P. Lee, it’s all right here if you need it. Victoria Living Plus services provide options for residents who may prefer some support that enables them to fully enjoy their independent lifestyle. What’s better is that these services can be delivered into their Residential Living apartment, providing the assurance that you or your loved one will not have to move to an assisted living household when additional services are needed.
Victoria Living Plus services range from extra housekeeping or laundry services to regular medication reminders and enhanced dining options. These packages have been designed to provide the best value for the majority of our residents. Services are also available for those who may only need intermittent support.
*Services requiring a licensed nurse are also offered for an additional fee.
We are now accepting new admissions to our residential living (independent living and assisted living-like services if needed) apartments since completing much of the planned renovations at the Marjorie P. Lee Retirement Community. These renovations allow us to best serve the needs of older adults in our community in the many years to come.
