Each home has an entrance, garage, rear patio (or screened porch), adequate storage and utility room, as well as a host of standard and optional amenities. Most independent living floor plans at Dudley Square offer two or more bedrooms and are part of the community that received the Best Nursing Home Choice Award in 2023. Entrance fees start in the range of $224,000 and monthly fees start at around $1,200.
