Woodburn Pointe has recently been completely renovated and has 12 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom apartments for older adults,
55 years and over, that qualify and meet the income criteria. Section 8 vouchers are accepted. Like all of the affordable living communities operated by Episcopal Retirement Services, Woodburn Pointe provides a clean, vibrant, secure, and welcoming environment for older adults with limited incomes.
Apartments are planned with universal design features and offer carpeted bed- rooms, open kitchens, and energy-efficient appliances. Our buildings are safe and secure.
And there is so much more. We also offer social service coordination for those that need assistance with public services, and health and well-being programs.
